General terms and conditions

GTC

Our general terms and conditions are binding with the sending of your order.

Cancellations and changes concerning your registration should be notified to the Congress Organizing Secretariat.

Fees will be refunded with

· 20% administration charge if cancellation is received before 2009 June 30^rd, and

· 50% administration charge if cancellation is received before 2009 July 31^st.
No refund will be made for cancellation after 2009 July 31^st.
